Welcome to XD Transfer

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of XD Transfer, a mobile application designed to facilitate file sharing. By using XD Transfer, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to these ToS, you may not use XD Transfer.

1. Your Use of XD Transfer

1.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use XD Transfer for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.3 User Content: You are solely responsible for the files and content you share through XD Transfer. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share this content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 These ToS: These ToS constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of XD Transfer and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
